Tarek’s approach to coaching is rooted in science and evidence-based practices. He is well-versed in the latest research on strength training, conditioning, and sports performance, and uses this knowledge to design customized training programs for his clients. He is also an expert in injury prevention and rehabilitation and works closely with clients to help them recover from injuries and get back to their optimal fitness level.
